As Luck Would Have It

Today is St. Patrick’s Day. The day that started as a religious feast day to honor the patron saint of Ireland who introduced Christianity into Ireland during the 5th century. Although it took centuries for the saint to have a holiday recognized in his honor, the day has become a celebration of Irish culture including food, parades, being lucky, and a lot of green!¬†Well, I won’t bore you with another St. Patrick’s Day post.

Well this post is going to be short and sweet. I’m curious to what’s your favorite St. Patrick’s Day food? I guess I’d have to say I like corned beef and cabbage most. I actually made it a couple of weeks ago. It’s a household favorite all year.
