Foodie Friday | Seared Pork Chops w/balsamic glaze

I love coming up with meals that are different from the normal basic meals I usually make. I have been working to try different meals or my usual foods in a different preparation. I forgot I had these boneless pork chops from Whole Foods, so I decided to make them in a different way and add a little sauce on them.

It was super simple and quick. I just pan seared the chops on both sides, then removed them from the pan. I added a little balsamic vinegar to deglaze the pan (maybe about 1/2 cup), then added some minced garlic. Added a tsp of butter to finish. Turned the heat down and added the chops back in the pan and used a spoon to cover the chops. That’s it! It was a quick meal protein, so I hope you try it and enjoy.
